As Retail Finance Business Partner you will;
Business Partner none finance in defining, quantifying and prioritising a productivity business plan over the next 3 years.
Be responsible for producing Productivity targets, maintaining and reporting on these targets, effectively highlighting key drivers for any deviation from target.
Own costs across the division, delivering robust and accurate budgets and forecasts, and effectively communicating any risks to delivering the plan.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting as part of the month end process, effectively communicating actual performance to key stakeholders and flagging any risks or opportunities.
Support in the delivery of monthly KPI packs, highlighting drivers for underperforming performance and providing insightful analysis to drive performance improvement.
Own ad-hoc financial analysis to drive insights and support decision making using both finance and non-finance data.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have curiosity; can demonstrate a desire and skill to understand and communicate to others how things work and link together
• The ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• A proven ability to relate performance in a meaningful way to non-finance colleagues
• An attention to detail ensuring right first time accuracy, maintaining the reputation and integrity of the function
• Experience in a retail or consumer-facing business is preferable.
